Shanghai, April 2025: a scale fair, and a week of meeting suppliers I had only emailed. I went to see the product, judge the build quality and negotiate in person. Neither side spoke the other’s first language, so we did it in English — and what came out of those days are parts Ochmen now sells under its own name.
